Sanctioned Event Policy

By vote of the 2019/2020 Board of Trustees of THE COMING KING FOUNDATION, the following position has been adopted: TCKF allows any Christian individuals, churches, ministries and organizations to host their own religious events at the COMING KING SCULPTURE PRAYER GARDEN, with advance approval of the TCKF Executive Committee, according to the following stipulations:

Only the one true, God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) as described in the Bible can be worshipped on this sanctified private property (Exodus 20:3). No counterfeit deities can be worshipped at this garden (Exodus 34:13-14). Jesus is our intercessor (Romans 8:34).
According to the Bible and the Hebrew Tanakh (Old Testament) the one true deity is the God of the Jews and their forefathers: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Matthew 22:32).
The true God manifests Himself as the Father, the Son (Messiah) and the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:32-33 & Matthew 28:19). It is by grace through Jesus Christ alone that we are Saved, not (Ephesians 8-10).
No other gods, spirits, angels, demons or people can be worshipped as deity at this Christian garden (Luke 4:8). However, human beings can be honored and celebrated, but not worshipped as deity (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13).
All Gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:1-11) can be practiced in this garden, except that the operation of these gifts should not interfere with the worship or meditation of other garden guests, in the immediate area.
The sacraments, practices and worship styles of the historic Christian church, including Sanctification, Communion, Water Baptism, Spirit Baptism, Foot Washing, reading of scripture, preaching, teaching, personal testimonies, music, dance, shofar blowing, flags, banners, are welcome in this garden, except that these actives should not interfere with the worship or meditation of other garden guests, in the immediate area.
Wedding ceremonies are not allowed on TCKF property.
Christian concerts, worship and prayer services, funerals, memorials and the spreading of ashes are allowed on the garden property, with permission in designated locations.
No events should ever block access to "The Empty Cross", at any time for any reason.
The holy ground of THE COMING KING SCULPTURE PRAYER GARDEN will not be defiled by any pagan activities or worship of false gods, angels, spirits, demons or people, at any time.

TCKF reserves the right to remove anyone who violates these rules on this private property.

Procedures

The primary purpose of The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden is to bring souls and glory to Jesus Christ. Various methods of doing this are explained in the TCKF Project Proposal, which can be found on our website. TCKF allows "Sanctioned Events", both spiritual and secular at the Garden, with prior written approval. These events must add to the main purpose of the Garden and not detract from it. In the analogy of the Tabernacle, the space around the 77'7" Cross is the Holy of Holies, the 300' cross-shaped garden at the top of the mountain is the Inner Court, and below the top of the mountain is the Outer Court. The mountain top will be holy ground.

TCKF Policies and Procedures are as follows:

1. No Events shall be held inside, in front or next to the Cross. Inside Circle Areas are permitted.(Required)

2. Sanctioned Events shall not block access or create a distraction that could keep visitors from the Cross.(Required)

3. • All religious events must be Christian and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is God('s one and only) Son, and the Bible as the only written Word of God.(Required)

4. Sanctioned Events include: Memorials, Meetings, Talks, Bible Studies, Concerts, Crusades, Healing Meetings, Gatherings, Rallies and Scheduled Tours.(Required)

5. Applicants who wish to host a Sanctioned Event must complete this TCKF Sanctioned Events Application & the Religious Policy and provide necessary references, objectives and details related to and before their Event.(Required)

6. Approved Sanctioned Events will be placed on the TCKF Calendar and specifically located on the site.(Required)

7. All Sanctioned Events advertising, news releases, website listings, social media and promotion to the public must be submitted in writing to TCKF and approved in advance of distribution.(Required)

8. Event fixtures, tents, lights and sound equipment, and any other modifications to the site must be detailed in writing to TCKF and approved, in advance, by TCKF.(Required)

9. Sanctioned Events may be held in the Amphitheater, at the four Prayer Circles, or at the bottom of the Garden.(Required)

Initial to agree. AMPHITHEATRE: is the large open area to the left of the main entry path where there is sometimes a stage. PRAYER CIRCLES: the round ares to the right of the main entry path in front of the Wall of Nations.

10. There will be no commercial solicitations, sales or money transactions conducted at the top of the mountain (Inner Court) near the Cross, which is the sacred ground.(Required)

11. No offerings will be taken at Sanctioned Events anywhere on the private Garden property unless 100% is donated to TCKF. Offerings or collections for other ministries, causes or individuals are not allowed until the Garden construction is completed.(Required)

12. TCKF reserves the right to give honorariums to the hosts of Sanctioned Events.(Required)

13. A donation of $150 or more (depending on size of event) is suggested and appreciated.(Required)

14. Hosts of Sanctioned Events are allowed to distribute their literature and direct potential supporters to their websites and ministries. The ministry, cause or individual is prohibited from taking an offering or receiving a free-will gift for their ministry while on the Garden property. (See No. 11 above.)(Required)

15. Upon advanced approval, Hosts of Sanctioned Events can sell their own books, CDs, etc. at their events, in the "Outer Court" areas.(Required)

16. TCKF is not responsible nor liable for event. Applicant assumes all liability for their event and responsibility for event including, but not limited to: equipment, set-up and clean up.(Required)

17. Hosts of Sanctioned Events must provide their own supplies, lighting, sound systems, insurance and security. The garden does not offer any services except electricity, venue and Chaplains, upon request.(Required)

18. This privately owned park is open to the public seven days a week, 7:00 AM until 10pm..(Required)

19. TCKF reserves the right to revoke permission of a Sanctioned Event with a seven-day written notice to the applicant.(Required)
